In one of my earlier posts you may have read that I set myself up for a lot of stress when reading aloud my daily affirmations. One reason was that I did ‘not have enough time’ to gather knowledge on how I would make my dreams come true. The other reason was that my affirmations I had not optimized my affirmations for this temporary but harmful situation.
I think my list has been great! But, it is also been very long; as in 3-4 pages long! As it is important to focus and to make your affirmations as effective as possible, I felt it was time to reorganize my list. Here is how to go about it…
