My idea is that everything just "is". Good and bad are always in flux and the combination thereof is what we perceive, in correlation with our belief system... As such, I would like to believe though that as true "inspiration" one would be able to permeate space and time and be felt throughout all that is. It is my belief that this "inspiration" is in fact the driving force in the Universe... That it is the intention, the unseen that shapes the seen.
