Often when people asked me as who or what I wanted to come back in a next life, I often answered “as pure energy, as inspiration”. Imagine that you can be a cloud of inspiration, … someone is walking along the road with their mind wrapped around a problem… and by walking through the cloud, they suddenly have that “A-Ha! feeling”… Wouldn’t that be great?
You may have already read by previous post on a marvellous book called “How to stop worrying and start living” by Dale Carnegie. In it is described how to overcome your fears by looking at the worst possible outcome, accepting it as a possibility and looking at even it would happen if that would open up other opportunities events for you. After accepting the possibility of the worst case scenario, you no longer need to worry about it. You already know what ‘can’ happen. This gives you a clear mind – the tool you need to start looking at the opportunities and solutions instead of the problems.
I just finished reading (or rather listening to the audio version of) “Dale Carnegie’s book: How to stop worrying and start living” and can highly recommend it. Most of the illnesses as well as stress and depression is the result of worries. Often worries are completely unwarranted for as only 10% of those dreadful scenarios really come to pass. Since there was no course on how to overcome worries, Dale decided to write one himself, to be used in his adult education.
In one of my earlier posts you may have read that I set myself up for a lot of stress when reading aloud my daily affirmations. One reason was that I did ‘not have enough time’ to gather knowledge on how I would make my dreams come true. The other reason was that my affirmations I had not optimized my affirmations for this temporary but harmful situation.
